Adam Meltzer, co-founder of Apex Capital Partners, is pleased to announce his appointment to the Executive Committee of The European Life Settlements Association (ELSA). Meltzer’s addition to the Executive Committee comes at a critical time for ELSA, as the association continues to advocate for the responsible development of the life settlements market, providing education and resources to both investors and industry professionals.
